Stage 1 is a needs assessment.
During this stage, we
will collaborate by meetings, phone, email, fax, or other means to
pinpoint your technology problems. This step is usually completed during
the initial consultation.
Stage 2 is developing a plan to resolve technology
issues.
If you need help building a website, we will build it for
you or help you build it yourself. If you have a computer question,
we'll help with that too.
Stage 3 is putting your resolution
into development.
This is the step that quite often takes the most time.
Actually building your network, ordering your supplies, creating your
website, etc., can take weeks or even longer.
Stage 4 is training you how to use your resolution.
The
solutions that we develop are very easy to understand and operate, but
sometimes, this is a very needed step. Often, we will train you in
person, but sometimes proximity does not permit that so we may train you
by phone, email, online messaging, etc.
Stage 5 is support.
We provide the best support system
available today by phone, online messaging, email, etc. We will always
be here when you need us.
